This stylish & sunny room is perfect for trips, and minutes away from the gorgeous waterfalls at Treman Park and Buttermilk Park! You’ll have a comfy queen bed, a spacious closet, and your own bathroom downstairs. Enjoy the garden and woods in the backyard with 2 firepits. You’ll have a stunning view of Ithaca, which is only 10 minutes away! Keep in mind there will be an extra charge for more than 2 guests of $50/per person. The space Come visit “Valley Vue”! Stunning & artistic, built in 1937 on 2 acres, vintage eclectic interiors. Living room features vintage furniture from the 1800s & 1930s, rare paintings, vinyls, & a crystal collection. Bed is comfy, room is larger and perfect for a couple. We are 10 min to Ithaca, 12 min to IC, 15 min to Cornell. Treman State Park is a 3 min drive, and Buttermilk Falls is about 5 min away. You’ll love this cozy room, and our yard was built for entertaining. We have 2 fire pits outside, 2 screened-in porches, & a hand-built lean-to/gazebo in woods. Guest access You can use all parts of the home except the master bedroom (across from upstairs bathroom), and the owner’s closet (to right of your room, will likely be locked.) Other things to note Bathroom is shared with owner upstairs. Or you can have your own private bathroom down the steps.
