The space Private “walk-out” basement efficiency apartment (bedroom and living areas are combined). Included in your private space is a full bathroom, with tub, Sun Room and Kitchenette. There is free on premises garage parking and hot tub for your enjoyment. Washer/dryer on premises. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, a comfy queen bed awaits up to two guests. Equipped with coffee station, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, small appliances for food preparation. Peaceful wooded view from the Sun Room/back yard. *Being a basement apartment, it is possible - as quiet as we try to be - that you may hear signs of life from above you. Guest access This is a basement space and owner occupied on main level. Guests have private ground level entrance. Shared space is the Hot tub, Laundry Room and Garage (On occasion it may be necessary for owners to access garage area). For your safety and comfort please close the garage door behind you as you come and go. Other things to note Temperatures: This is a basement space - temperatures are cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer (ranging from approx. 63 - 73 degrees). In colder months there is a quiet portable heater. The heater should be set to “ECO” mode and can be adjusted to desired temperature. In warmer months there is a floor fan and dehumidifier for your comfort. The dehumidifier should remain on automatic and is self-draining. NOTE: There is sufficient air flow, and the room stays comfortable in our opinion. However, there is no thermostat in guest area of home. If you need it cooler than 73 degrees, in the warm months, this may not be the rental for you. No lock on bedroom door: Owner lives on premises. We have only one guest at a time. If there was a lock, we would have a key to it. No need to worry, we won’t be disturbing you. Gas grill: Available upon request.
