Are you respectful and looking for a quiet, clean and very well located accommodation to visit Paris? My apartment has typical Parisian charm, on the top floor, in a very well located area to easily reach all tourist sites. Close to the Saint-Martin Canal and Place de la République, you will have access to plenty of transport (metro 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, bus...). Ideal neighborhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants; close to the Marais. Perfect for 2 people. The space 49 m2 apartment: entrance, living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, separate toilet, small shower room. Bedroom: 160 x 200 double bed Living room: sofa, table, TV... Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) ATTENTION: The apartment is located on the 6th and top floor, accessible by a very small elevator (see photo). This elevator accommodates 1 (maximum 2) people. The building is very well maintained and secure (digicodes and caretaker). Guest access This is the apartment I usually live in. I offer it for rent a few days each year. My personal belongings will be stored in a closet, but you'll find everything a guest needs. The building is very old and suitable for quiet and respectful guests. Entire accommodation (living room, bedroom, shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen). Other things to note I can be flexible on check-in and checkout times. Tell me when you want to check in and out. I'll do my best to accommodate you if that's possible. Do not host outsiders.
