The space The spacious 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the traditional Mediterranean house. House dates from the start of 20th century, but the interior has been completely renovated in 2024. It is a modern low-energy apartment featuring floor heating, insulated windows and doors, AC in every room and smart appliances. You enter the apartment either from the front or back yard and a staircase. When you enter the apartment you will instantly feel the blend of traditional and modern design with adriatic motives. All spaces are connected through a bright hallway with a built in closet for your jackets and footwear. Spacious and bright open-space living room/dining room/kitchen is south oriented with front garden and sea view. Here you can relax, have fun, play games, enjoy your meals. It features a smart TV, couch, armchair, grand dining table and fully equipped modern kitchen. Master bedroom is of south and east orientation with access to a balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee with sunrise over the surrounding mountains on the east and views of Kaštela bay to the south. The bedroom features queen size double bed, closets and a working space. Second bedroom also features queen size double bed, closets and a window overlooking backyard and surrounding mountains. Spacious bathroom is equipped with embedded sink, walk-in shower, washing machine and plenty of room for your cosmetics. There is 100 l water boiler so your never run out of hot water. There is a WIFI and LAN available throughout the apartment. You will enter the premises and apartment using a smartcard. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole apartment with all its amenities. Aside from the apartment, at your disposal is a backyard where you can safely park your car use an open shower and barbecue, a front garden featuring a open dining area, lots of space for your children to play in a safe environment (swings, slide, trampoline,..). Other things to note Our family is traditionally involved in agriculture and passionate about winemaking and olive oil production. In certain periods of the year (late summer/autumn) you can take a tour of our fields overlooking Kaštela bay, whiteness and try out grape picking and other related activities. On request, we can also prepare or advise some of local specialties for you.
