A spacious house with a beautiful view of Panama Flats Park and the surrounding hills ideal for a family or a group. Suitable for 4 adults and 2 kids. There is a parking space for 3 cars. The house is located close to 2 bus stops with the direct route to downtown (30min). Driving time to downtown is 15 min, to Swartz Bay 25 min, Victoria International airport 20min, Uptown Shopping Center 5 min, Commonwealth Recreation Center 5 min. The space The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The smaller bedroom has single bed. The biggest bedroom has double futon, small single bed and toddler bed. Both smaller and bigger bedrooms have a dedicated workspace. Guest access Upper house (on one level) and backyard and frontyard. Other things to note There is a suite downstairs that is occupied by a quiet, very respectful tenent. We noted occasional silver fish in the house. Please note that in the humid West Coast environment, silver fish is common harmless insect found especially in older houses.
