(2) RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES Strictly NO smoking, no drugs, no pets, no strong odor substances, and no parties/events allowed in the unit. (Penalty RM500 will be imposed) (2) NO FREE PARKING INCLUDED ⭐️ If you need paid parking, please contact the host in advance to enquire more about it. (Paid residence parking subject to availability) ** (3) EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Though, it can be arranged. Please do reach out to us if you wish to check in early/ check out late. Late checkout without the host's permission will impose a RM100/hour late checkout penalty. (4) SWIMMING POOL Swimming pool (Level 3A) is open daily from 7 am-10 pm. Guests are required to wear proper swimming attire otherwise are not allowed to enter the swimming pool. (5) GYM Guests are required to wear proper sports attire otherwise are not allowed to use the gym. (6) BATH TOWELS ⭐️ Only 2 bath towels are provided, kindly request one day in advance from the host if extra towels are needed. (7) ACCESS CARDS & KEYS Only ONE set of access cards with keys are provided. If guest requires additional set of access card with keys, we will be charge a *Non-refundable* amount of RM100. ALL sets of access cards & keys must be returned to us during check out. (8) KITCHEN LIGHT COOKING Kitchen only for light cooking using the induction stove. Ceramic cooker is provided as a backup. No heavy cooking (deep frying, BBQ, baking, etc or any sort of cooking that will cause very dirty and oily mess) (9) SECURITY DEPOSIT No security deposit is needed. Guests will only be charged in the event of any damage caused to the furniture or stubborn stains caused onto our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, sofa cloth, chairs, painting, walls, kitchen ware etc. Penalty charge is depend on the price of the item damaged. (10) EXTRA CLEANING Extra cleaning or change of linens/beddings can be arranged with an extra charge. Feel free to contact us to arrange extra cleaning session.
