Other things to note EXTRA PERSON CHARGE: A $25 fee per person, per day, applies for every guest beyond the first two. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: For longer stays, additional housekeeping services (basic cleaning) are available upon request and at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES (if available): 1 p.m.: 25% of nightly rate 2 p.m.: 50% of nightly rate 3 p.m.: 100% of nightly rate All late check-outs require host approval. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If you’re arriving early or have a late flight, we offer luggage storage. Electricity & A/C Usage for Longer Stays: For stays of 7 nights or more, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of electricity usage, as energy costs on the island are high. Our rates include standard A/C usage, based on guests spending most part of the day exploring Aruba or working remotely. If you plan to stay indoors most of the day, with the A/C left running continuously 24/7, especially while you're away from the property, not only can it lead to a daily electricity surcharge of $15, but it may also cause the motor to overheat. In such cases, any damage caused by improper use of the unit (including a full replacement if needed) would be the responsibility of the guest.
