You will enjoy all the comforts of home since every high end detail has been thought of for you! The space Your satisfaction is important to us! Our thoughtfully equipped and soothingly decorated home boasts 2 King beds and 4 bunk bed style Extra Tall Twin beds that offer more head room on the bottom. Great for adults on the bottom! Brand new Nest bedding mattress, new down comforters with duvets, new linens, new pillows, beach towels, beach buckets and travel chairs provided, new 4K flat screen TV's in EVERY room, premium cable, a FULLY equipped chefs kitchen for making any meal you can dream up, PRIVATE fenced yard with covered patio dining table for outdoor working, relaxing or meals. Backyard propane BBQ grill and washer/dryer all available to make your vacation convenient and EXTRA special! As a bonus....we have equipped the home with a couple bikes for you to be able to pedal a 5 minute ride to the beach! They will need to be secured while out and about and we have locks for you to do just that! Please be courteous to us and our future guests by caring for, cleaning and placing any items used back where they belong. Driveway and Covered Parking are large enough to accommodate up to 3 cars. Pack n Play with baby crib attachment available for your use. Guests are responsible for maintaining propane for the grill. If it is empty for your stay 3 minutes up the road at Walgreens the tank can be traded out for a full one for about $20.00. Please let us know of any damages that occur to the home (real property) or our personal property. UNREPORTED damage will result in a FULL deposit forfeit. A SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT | RULES AND REGULATIONS-TERMS OF SERVICE CONTRACT will be emailed to you after booking. By placing a reservation, ALL terms and conditions of this agreement are deemed accepted and receipt of the information herein acknowledged. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house. Fireplace is non-operational and is for décor purposes only. Bring food and (a little bit of) clothes. :) Pour a glass of something cold, sit back and relax!! We are here to ensure your vacation is one you will love to remember!! Guest access All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent. A government issued ID will be required on check-in day for verification of this rule. Front door is outfitted with a keyless wi-fi smartlock system for your convenience. I will contact you AT-LEAST one day prior to your arrival to provide you with a unique to only you access code. Check in is 4pm/Check out is 10am. I will try to accommodate time change requests but will need advanced notice for this to be possible.
