The cocoon

This pretty house is ideal for spending good times of conviviality with friends and family. A 3-minute walk away, you will find: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria... and a Sunday market. For walks, Sens is 20 km away (exit A5) and Auxerre 35 km away, two cities where you can discover the cathedrals and stroll in the city center. For shopping, head to Troyes, 45 km away, known for its factory shops. And for wine lovers, the Chablis vineyard is 40 km away! The space The cocoon is a welcoming house that opens its doors to a warm ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room – the perfect place to share good meals and beautiful moments in a friendly atmosphere (a high chair is available for the little ones). A hallway leads to a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, as well as a small garden, perfect for getting some air in peace. Upstairs you will find two comfortable, separate and independent bedrooms, perfect for a stay with family or friends. And for the youngest travelers, we can provide, upon request, a travel cot with mattress. Guest access Access to the property is by appointment with the host. We are flexible on check-in time and can accommodate your needs to some extent.
