Other things to note Silent/Quite Hours - 10.30 pm - 6.30 am No Cooking or Baking. Kitchen access only. Use it like a kitchnette No Smoking, Drugs, Parties, Weapons, or vistors/outside guests(Not allowed). No Shoes. No Pets. No laundry between 9 pm - 9 am. Laundry(Washer+Dryer) are NOT FREE/NOT INCLUDED and pay per use($10 per load for washing and drying) , on First Come First Serve basis. The washer and dryer unit inside the house are for residential uses and being constantly used , there capacity and efficiency is not similar to a laundromat’s washer/dryer. For faster turn around ,please use one of the laundromats near the house.
