Ours is a stately villa from the 1960s, recently modernized, located in the heart of the village of Laconi. The charming garden that surrounds the property is ideal for immersing yourself in an oasis of tranquility, scents and sounds that only a small village like Laconi can offer. The space The property offers hospitality in 3 large double rooms, located on the first floor of the property, without an elevator. Each room has an air conditioner and, upon request, efficient column fans. Each room is served by a private bathroom, equipped with a shower, towel warmer and hairdryer. On request, each room can accommodate a third bed or a crib. On the first floor of the villa, reserved for guests, there is a conversation and refreshment area with a coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. In addition to bed linen and towels, all guests have a welcome kit, which includes shower shampoo, shower cap, slippers, coffee pods, tea and herbal teas. The environment is very bright and ensures a happy moment of relaxation for all guests, who can prepare breakfast independently. Guest access The rooms are located on the first floor of the property, without an elevator. During your stay Guests will be given the keys and provided with the telephone numbers to contact for any eventuality that may occur during the stay. Other things to note In the garden, two benches, deck chairs and an umbrella are available for guests.
