Relax in a double room. Warm comfortable & spacious: enjoy a kingsize bed, big window with blackout blind & lovely garden view. You are welcomed in my quiet home, in a cul-de-sac which has ample free parking. 3 miles from Central Newcastle - metro 8 min walk, airport 15 mins by metro, town 15 mins metro or bus. Kitchen - fridge, cupboard space The space Guests are welcome to a: - large light, spacious and comfortable room overlooking the garden with TV - shared large spotless clean bathroom with bath/shower and toiletries provided - separate, shared toilet - shared kitchen - tea and coffee provided - washing machine and dryer - beautiful garden with a garden bench and pergola with table and chairs to enjoy outside Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bedroom which has a lockable door. Guests also have access to shared areas including the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and large garden. During your stay Guests can message me during their stay and I will respond quickly. I work from home so during the day while I am in the house it is best to message me as I may be in meetings. I have a small dog, an older border terrier who is mostly asleep indoors. He does not go into the guest bedroom. Other things to note Gosforth, Newcastle is 15 mins from City Centre. Close by is Pink Lane bakery with delicious pastries, Asda, Golf Courses, High Street with ample restaurants and bars, Newcastle Racecourse, Swimming pool/sauna. Metros are Regent Centre or Wansbeck Road (both Airport line) 6 stops from Airport and 15 mins from Central Station. Situated in a quiet cul de sac located behind a golf course so very peaceful. Nature walks close by
