Hello, We are offering a 130 sqm vacation/apartment for construction workers with a balcony and beautiful views of nature. The apartment has 3 rooms (2 double rooms with 2 beds each and 1 single room) which are of course lockable, a living room with a sofa bed (possibly a 6th person is possible), a bathroom, a kitchen and a guest toilet. Attention: The farm dog roams freely on the property! -> Photos with bed linen for visual reasons (additional linen package can also be booked! -> €15 p.p.) The space The 130 sqm apartment offers you 2 double rooms with 2 single beds each (which can also be converted into a double bed) and 1 single room each with a wardrobe & dresser per bed, which are of course lockable. Cozy living room with adjoining balcony overlooking the greenery. Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher & electric appliances. Bathroom with shower and guest toilet. Guest access On the 2nd floor is the booked living area with balcony☺️ During your stay through the contact details on the welcome sign. Other things to note -> 24/7 check-in possible via lock box. -> Check-out 12 noon. -> €25 per person per night. -> The farm dog roams freely on the property! ->Laundry service (towels, bed linen) can be booked additionally (€15 p.p.)! The supermarket is only 800 meters away. There is also a restaurant just 1 km away; otherwise, various establishments are available nearby. Nienburg/Weser is just 8 km away. The connection to the Weser cycling path is also 2 km away. Otherwise, there are various activities in the distant vicinity, e.g., the Seriengetiepark, Hodenhagen (30 km/30 min.) Magic Park Verden (33 km/30 min) or the Vogelpark Walsrode (28 km/30 min). A little further away for adrenaline junkies is Heide Park Soltau (55 km/1 hour).
