Hi, we offer a 130 sqm holiday/installation apartment with balcony and beautiful views of nature. The apartment has 3 rooms (2 double rooms with 2 beds each and 1 single room), which are of course lockable, living room with sofa bed (possible 6th person possible), bathroom, kitchen and guest toilet. (25€ p.p. /night) Attention: farm dog runs free on the premises! -> Photos with bed linen for visual reasons (can also be booked in addition! -> €25 p.p.) The space The 130 sqm apartment please provide you 2 double rooms with 2 single beds each (which can also be converted as a double bed) and 1 single room each equipped with closet & chest of drawers per bed, which are of course lockable. Cozily furnished living room with adjoining balcony overlooking the green. Fully equipement kitchen incl. Dishwasher & electric appliances. Bathroom with shower and guest toilet. Guest access On the 2nd floor, the booked living area with balcony☺️ During your stay through the contact details on the welcome sign. Other things to note ->24/7 check-in possible through key safe. ->Check out 12 pm. -> €25 per person per night. -> Farm dog runs free on the premises! -> Laundry service (towels, bed linen) can be booked in addition (€25 per person)! Supermarket is only 800m away. A restaurant is also only 1 km away, otherwise various locations are available nearby. Nienburg/Weser can be reached in just 8 km. The connection to the Weser bike path is also 2 km away. Otherwise, there are various activities in the distant vicinity, e.g. the serial toy park, Hodenhagen (30km/30 min) , Magic Park Verden (33km/30min) or the Vogelpark Walsrode (28km/30 min), a little further away for adrenaline junkies is the Heide Park Soltau (55km/1 hour)p
