Our idyllic location is just minutes away from secluded beaches, the town center, and some of the tastiest Thai food on the island. Peaceful and remote, yet easy access to everything you could want or need. Live like a local in this well-equipped and much-loved home away from home on Koh Phangan! The space We are thrilled to invite you to our beautiful home, a blissful retreat we've lovingly curated over the past three years. This cozy one-bedroom haven features two bathrooms, and two lounge areas offering comfort and versatility during your stay. Perched just above the treetops, the large outdoor living area is one of our favorite spaces. It includes an open-air kitchen with breathtaking views, surrounded by over 30 lush tropical plants. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite dish. Prepare your dinners as the sun sets, and enjoy your meals in our comfy cushion corner, illuminated by the bright stars in the night sky. For early risers, there are kettlebells, and a TRX/bands for a morning workout. Finish your session with a peaceful meditation, sitting above the serene treetops. Treat yourself to freshly squeezed juice delivered daily (at an additional cost). We also welcome you to help yourself to our fresh papayas grown on our three trees on the property. If you need to stay connected to work, we can ensure a productive day using our high-speed WiFi. Our home has brand-new furniture and appliances, including: - A large fridge - Convection oven - Custom furniture from Chiang Mai - New mattress and pillows For active relaxation, enjoy our two smart TVs, or choose from dozens of books, puzzles, and games for a leisurely Sunday afternoon. One of our favorite aspects of this property is its convenience. Just five minutes from the pier, you'll quickly reach your final destination after a long trip. Nestled between Hin Kong and Thong Sala, you are only minutes away from the main coastal road, offering easy access to the entire island by bike or local transport (songthaew). An eight-minute walk will take you to our favorite quiet beach, dotted with delightful brunch spots and cafes. We consider ourselves full-service hosts and are happy to provide recommendations and advice for all things Koh Phangan. From bike rentals to boat trips - we’ve got you covered - just shoot us a message or check out our extensive digital guide. This is our first time listing this exclusive house on Airbnb. It has been primarily enjoyed with many friends and family but with an extended holiday away we are happy to open our home and share its unique charm with others. Other things to note Please remember that we are in Thailand, in the jungle, please understand that integrating with the natural habitat is a benefit of living here. We have two amazing air conditioners that cool the house in under 10 minutes. Please turn off the air conditioners any time you are not in the house. Depending on the length of your stay, our gardener may be present a few times a week to keep the plants healthy. She is a sweetheart and will try to be as discreet as possible. While it may be obvious due to its size, just want to mention this is NOT a party house, but I'd be happy to guide you to some amazing local parties you won't find advertised online. You are also within walking distance to great party places like Amsterdam Bar or Bluerama and down the road from the Hin Kong strip of bars and fine restaurants. If you do partake in the fullmoon party, please thoroughly wash and remove painted clothes and paint before entering the home. If there is any damage to sheets and towels, we will need to charge you for these. Please smoke outside on the balcony only, and not inside the house. Parking for two motorbikes only.
