CASA THERESA is Your Japandi-style accommodation strategically located in a secured and peaceful subdivision. It is a safe haven for all types of transient travelers whose topmost considerations are cleanliness, comfort, convenience and fast internet connection without sacrificing style and design. It is a minimalist space yet complete with necessary things you need. It is perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing ambiance. It is mostly one ride away to most government and business centers The space CASA THERESA is a 66 square meters, 2-storey townhouse in Miraville Subdivision, in front of Camella Manors Soleia Condo in Butuan City. It has a 2-toilet & bath & 3 bedrooms that could comfortably accommodate six (6) person. We also have available foam for additional person, but for a fee of P250.00, including a pillow and blanket. CASA THERESA could fit one (1) vehicle for parking. However, in case you need additional parking, please inform us in advance so we can find a space for your other vehicle in area near the house. Guest access Guests of Casa Theresa could use everything inside the furnished house (except those items marked as "Off Limits/don't touch" ), with utmost care. However, the registered guest(s)/renter(s) will be held responsible for any loss and damage(s) found in the house whether accidental, negligence or improper usage. Casa Theresa reserves the right to charge the guest(s) for the cost in rectifying the damage or damaged item(s). Moreover, Guest(s)/Renter(s) is responsible for their own belongings. Under no circumstances shall the Management of Casa Theresa be held liable for any loss to property of the guest(s)/renter(s). Other things to note It would be nice if guests would reserve their bookings many days ahead or at least one day before their check-in date, in order for the host to have ample time to prepare CASA THERESA. To avoid inconvenience, we usually don't accept check-in on the dot or on the same day/time of bookings/reservations, especially if CASA THERESA has guests who are about to check out on that same day. Question: What does CASA THERESA rates/price include? Answer: The rate of our furnished unit is inclusive of your stay, utilities (electric/water/cable/internet bills), so you don’t need to worry about paying anything else beyond our rates/prices, except when you opt to have other services not included/offered in our CASA THERESA. Question: Does the rate include cleaning of the house during or within our stay period? Answer: We clean and sanitize the house before your scheduled stay. However, our quoted rate is not inclusive of cleaning the house during or within your stay. If you require cleaning, we can do so but at a minimal extra charge. The management should also be informed ahead. Cleaning consists of basic cleaning of the house and change of beddings.
