This gem has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a fenced in back yard, making it the perfect retreat for families or friends exploring Cleveland. Book now to experience this unique home. The space Enjoy the privacy of our 100 year old home. We have three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, dining room and lining room and a sitting room. Both living room and sitting rooms have large couches that may be slept on but are not pull out couches. The living room has space for a blow up mattress though we do not provide one. We do have onsite laundry in the basement but please remember our home is old and the basement is unfinished. While you will have the home to yourselves please refrain from entering the two locked rooms on the second floor. These are our storage rooms. All cleaning supplies and under the sinks in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom as well as in the linen closet in the hallway in the second floor. The extra towels and bed linens are stored there as well. This is a 100 year old home. We have baseboard radiator heat and while there is no central air, we do have in-window air conditioning units in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room and side room, and multiple table and tower fans available for use. Please remember absolutely no smoking on premises. Guest access Guests will be given an access code for the electronic lock at least 24 hours before arrival. A key will be left inside for the doorknob. Guests will have access to the entire house except for two extra rooms on the second floor. We request that guests please stay out of the two locked rooms on the second floor as they are for storage only. Other things to note Driveway can fit up to three cars and there is free parking on the street. There is no garage parking. Please be mindful to lock car doors and windows up as these are not covered parking spots.
