Come relax in a warm vibe, gorgeous decor, very spacious studio under the oaks…. with all mod cons and creature comforts supplied…. complete with a 1955 Bal Ami jukebox for your listening pleasure Wayyyyy better than a noisey motel - Super comfy Queen sized bed, tiled shower, full size fridge/freezer, microwave/oven /ceramic stove top. Treat yourself to a little bit rural, little bit fabulous private pad to enjoy & chill in. Close to Hobbiton Close to expressway & airport & Bootleg Brewery The space The studio is close to a long line of historic oak trees, well enclosed, surrounded by fencing and entrance gate so designed to keep any pets safe without a worry for you. At night you can sit out under the moon and oaks whilst listening to your own selection of songs from the 1955 vinyl record playing BAl-AMI Jukebox. We have 2 outdoor spaces for your enjoyment - table and chairs in both spaces and a brazier. Newstead gully bush walk is just 4 mins drive away with stunning Eucalyptus trees, and glow worms if you want to stretch your legs. Guest access Our Airbnb is situated on the same property where we reside. We will share a driveway together but that's it. The Studio on Oak View is completely self contained, well fenced space connected to our family home ( but we are away away upstairs) .....so still nice and private. But we are conveniently right on hand for you too should you need. Before your arrival you will receive all the necessary details for your stay. Its self check in for your ease :) Other things to note Our sweet little cat Lucy may show up for a cuddle. The jukebox has 40 great tunes from mostly 70's 80's 90's. If we have to move a vehicle during your stay we'll do it quiet.
