Other features & amenities ○ 65 in smart Tv in the living room and new A/C split unit ○ brand new Mini split units in all bedrooms. ○ Courtyard in front of house is shared space, but can be used by our guest. ○ Eco-friendly & soaps provided, premium towels, premium bed sheets, shampoo/body wash in all bathrooms ○ Private balcony upstairs second floor, with a side view overlooking the ocean. Wifi Guests have access to our WiFi throughout the house, our WIFI is recreational use only and a United States VPN router is available for those needing the service. FAQs: Q: Is the beach walkable? A: Yes, steps away and walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, groceries and everything Salinas, beach Malecon has to offer. Q: Is there parking on premises? A: No, only street parking or nearby parking garages for a small fee per day. Q: Is the building secured? Regarding the building itself, it is true that it has a more classic, older structure. This is part of the charm of our location, but we want to reassure all our guests that we take safety very seriously and the building is well-maintained to ensure both its safety and security. We have a guard. Q: Is the place a very quiet location? A: Our property is located in a vibrant beachfront area, offering guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the lively atmosphere of a popular tourist destination. While we understand that noise from nearby restaurants can be a concern, it is typically limited to weekends when the area is busiest. Many of our guests appreciate the energy and convenience of being so close to the beach and local attractions, but we recognize that this might not suit everyone. Guest access Guest has full, private access to entire home, and sitting areas. Other things to note SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. Please do not book this property if you smoke. PARTIES ARE STICTLY PROHIBITED- We will cancel your reservation without a refund if you try to bring extra people on to the property. Guard will have count of guest. Access to the property is through the condominium guard, check-in must be after 3p.m. no later than 11p.m. (if you will be checking in after 11p.m. please let us know) Upon check-in, ID’s and amount of guest will be verified by the security guard. No additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation will be allowed and excess guest will not be permitted. Reservation will be canceled without any refund. Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in or late check -out please, make sure to request it in advance and pay a fee. Check- in and check- out are strictly enforced regardless of your arrival time. Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are find, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up, we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time.
