The rooftop terrace overlooks the ocean on sunny days, making it perfect for morning coffee and evening chill time. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families and group trips. It also has a kitchen, washing machine, and spacious living room that are convenient for cooking. This is a great place for those who want a clean and comfortable stay while keeping travel expenses down. Please pay from the payment link in the reservation confirmation email. Guest access The entire building is for rent, so it is exclusively for guests. Other things to note 1. Check-in and check-out Check-in: 3 pm - Check-out: 10 am ・ Self check-in (key box). ・ Please submit the required information from the "Pre-check-in Form" we will send to you after your reservation is confirmed. 2. Information required to be submitted (as directed by the health center) ・ Name, address, occupation, nationality, passport image of all guests (only the representative if residing in Japan) ・ This is a common procedure that is also carried out at major hotels. 3. No smoking ・ Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the facility. ・ If smoking is confirmed, we will charge a special cleaning fee of 44,000 yen. 4. Visitors other than guests ・ Visitors other than guests will be charged a visit fee of 4,400 yen per person (until 8 pm). ・ After 8 pm, it will be treated as an overnight stay and an additional charge will be incurred. 5. Accommodation is prohibited for high school students and younger. 6. Handling of forgotten items ・ Forgotten items will be stored for 3 months in accordance with the Hotel Business Law. ・ Items that have passed the storage period will be disposed of from a hygiene management perspective. 7. Handling of dishes and garbage ・ To prevent cockroaches and mice, be sure to wash dishes and cooking utensils after use. ・ Please put leftover food and raw garbage in a bag and dispose of it in the provided trash can. ・ Please separate and dispose of garbage according to the [designated sorting method]. * We will charge 11,000 yen each as a cleaning fee in the following cases: 　- If you leave dishes and utensils unwashed 　- If garbage is disposed of without sorting 8. Damage, staining, or loss of equipment and facilities If we find that the furniture, appliances, bedding, dishes, decorations, etc. in the facility are damaged, soiled, or lost, we will charge you the actual cost. [Example: Estimated amount to be charged] ・ Sheets (1 sheet): 5,500 yen ・ Futon/bedding (each): 11,000 yen ・ Pillow/bed pad (each): 5,500 yen ・ Cleaning of vomit, excrement, etc. (per location): 11,000 yen ・ Other: Separate estimate depending on the content * Natural wear and tear from normal use is not covered, but significant dirt, damage, odor, etc. are covered. 9. Paid options (advance booking required) ・ For optional services, please book at least one day in advance for preparation, cleaning, etc. ・ The price is set on a daily basis. 10.
