Heart of Oak Room, the Boraldes of Aubrac

Coeur de chêne is a unique room, its exposed frame makes it warm. You have a double bed. As soon as you wake up, you can observe the nature from your room, it is not uncommon to see deer, foxes, and stags in the meadow, in front of the house. In the bathroom, a spa bath awaits you, it will allow you to relax after a day full of discoveries. Breakfast is included. The space Nestled on the slopes of a volcano, between Marvejols and La Canourgue, on the foothills of Aubrac in Languedoc-Roussillon in Monastier in the municipality of Bourgs-sur-Colagne, La Tarabelle, our guest house, offers five themed rooms with all the comforts. La Tarabelle drew all its materials from nearby nature. We built it with basalt stones from our volcanoes, wood from our forests and covered it with local slate, respecting the local and surrounding architecture. In the heart of our farm, in a park of thirty hectares, on the foothills of the Aubrac, you can see our animals evolve in peace. Aubrac cattle breeding is the main production of our farm.
