The tiny house is located adjacent to the old cottage which was built in the 1930’s with timber sawn on the property. What's more, our holiday homes are the perfect base to explore the Gwydir Valley, with attractions like Warialda, Mount Kaputar, Lake Keepit, Copeton Dam, and Green Valley Farm nearby. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and the surrounding area. The homestead and sheds are not accessible to guests. Other things to note - Wifi is available - A gas or charcoal BBQ Grill is available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception has weak signals for all telco companies. - Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times.
