House with a large garden, comprising 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, two large terraces, a library area in a large mezzanine. In contact with the countryside and all shops, 30 minutes from the first mountain hikes, 1 hour from ski resorts, 1.5 hours from the ocean and 1 hour from Spain. Close to the Gave for swimming and 10 minutes from a watersports center. You can practice climbing on the Oloron wall or on the many cliffs of the region. The space The house can accommodate up to 8 to 9 people in 3 bedrooms to be booked individually. Please don’t hesitate to contact me. Other things to note Rooms are to be booked individually. Bedroom 1 has a private toilet and shower room adjoining it. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a toilet and a shower room and bathroom. Each can accommodate 2–3 guests.
