It's a country house located in a small village. Hiking trails (Chemin de Compostelle) and nearby activities (Fishing, Swimming...). It's ideal for your family gatherings or to come and have a quiet stay. The house is practical and you have all the equipment you need for a stay in the countryside. Its outdoor space offers you a large wooded plot and a beautiful view of the meadows that you can enjoy from the terrace. House being renovated. The space The house has a large living room with kitchen and a table seating up to 8 guests. There is a small adjoining living room with a sofa and TV. Upstairs: 1ST BEDROOM: with a double bed (140) 2ND BEDROOM: with a double bed (130), a single bed (120), a double bed (140 on the floor for emergencies) and a baby crib. Then, the shower room with toilet. In each room there is a wardrobe and nightstand. The windows upstairs are very low, we have installed child safety locks at each window on the floor but it is important not to leave a child unattended. Outside, you have a large table with chairs for 8 people and 2 sun loungers. You also have a large awning on the terrace. The land is not fully fenced and there is a water well that is closed but supervision of children is also necessary. We provide towels, duvets and pillows. We don't provide sheets and bath linens. Please book the exact number of people who will be present in the accommodation (a check may be made during your stay). Upon your departure, we ask that you do the necessary cleaning (household products provided) and empty your garbage cans. For garbage cans, you have at your disposal regulatory numbered bags because it is a keyed container that is in the village. You also have 3 baskets for sorting. The sorting containers are at the exit of the village. Please check that all lights and appliances are off. Close the gas cylinder under the lever. Also check that the front door and gate are closed. ATTENTION FOR INFORMATION AND FOR YOUR SAFETY: - Upstairs the windows are very low and there is no guardrail, however there are child safety locks at each window on the floor but it is important not to leave a child unattended. - The staircase that goes upstairs is quite steep. - A water well is on the grounds, it is closed by a cast iron plate - Access to the attic, cellar and outbuildings is prohibited A guide to the house will be available in the house with the various user manuals for the appliances as well as hikes and activities in the area etc...
