It includes its own private yard! You will have to go to the right side of the home and go up the stairs to get to this premises. 1 parking spots on-premises and plenty of street parking (please respect all street signs) Note: the driveway has a spot to the left of the driveway saved for other guests staying in an attached 4 bed 3 bath Home with its own private and separate entrance. It is towards the left side of the home, so there should be no issue with noise, especially with dense soundproofing. This home can also be rented with this unit on Airbnb at an additional cost. Full very large kitchen with appliances to make yourself at home! This home also features 240V plugs (underneath the stairs to the right side of the unit) that can be used to charge your electric vehicles! But please do not overuse this feature as it can be quite expensive, any Excessive use will be charged to guests. ******- Dogs and cats are allowed at this home. However, here is a tentative list of dog breeds that are not allowed at this home: 1.Pit Bull Terriers: Including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers, 2. There are security cameras in the backyard and front yard of the home as a safety measure. In addition, these cameras will be used to check if the guests abide by our dog breed restrictions. If the dog house rules are broken and a dog breed that is not allowed to stay at the home is brought to stay at the home, there is a high liklihood the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be given, if the dog breed restriction house rule is broken. Otherwise, every other dog breed is allowed at this home! We truly look forward to hosting you and your furry pupps as we are dog owners ourselves and have a deep understanding of how important it is to have them on family trips! Please don't hesitate to ask any questions about the above information!*** ***Your pets must be watched at all times and are not to be left unsupervised in the backyard! This is to ensure their safety and the safety of others! Any damages caused by your pets will be charged. Additionally, pets must be cleaned up after. If any droppings are found in the backyard, there will be a $100 extra cleaning fee.*** This is a brand new home that just finished construction from the ground up! It will have very minor imperfections such as paint marks caused by the contractors during its development. We have 3 cameras at the premises. Which are all located outside. One is in the backyard, on the driveway and outside by the front door. Which all are recoding. ~~~Minut Noise Monitor/Quiet Hours ~~~ A Minut Noise Monitor is in the home and it does not record any audio but it does have a decibel reader to allow us to know if very excessive noise is occurring at the home that might indicate a large party. And that our quiet hours are being respected. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am Parties are not allowed whatsoever at this home, it is perfect for family gatherings or small fun gatherings during the daytime but parties at night are not allowed whatsoever due to Airbnb Guidelines and policies. Please keep that in mind when booking the home and we hope to have the pleasure of being your hosts!! Excessive non-normal use of utilities will be charged to guests.
