A unique stay in the heart of Hayward Field Historic District Conveniently located in the heart of Hayward Field Historic District, this comfortable space is perfect for a single person or a couple. Centered in the bustling neighborhood of 19th and Agate, this space is one block to Hayward Field, a few blocks from the University of Oregon Campus and Matthew Knight Arena, and a 1.8 mile walk to Autzen Stadium. The space Cozy Bedroom with a 42-inch TV (sorry, no cable. But there is Wi-Fi for your NetFlix and Amazon accounts) There's also a fully stocked Kitchenette and a private full bath. Everything you would need to be comfortable in your stay. Guest access The stairs going up to the apartment are steep but manageable. Older adults who are not in great physical shape have expressed some concerns. Guest Parking There is one off-street dedicated parking space adjacent to the Airbnb. Detailed instructions will be given at the time of booking. Street parking is limited to 2-hour parking from 7 am- 7 pm Monday - Saturday Other things to note Stay upstairs and enjoy one of the best Italian restaurants in the area, Beppe and Giannis, a Eugene staple. The space is also adjacent to a small hair salon. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10:30 am-6 pm, and some occasional Saturdays but not before 10:30. The space will have ambient noise from both businesses during working hours but relaxing quiet nighttime hours.
