Villa Comou – T2 in La Chaumière

Ideally located in La Chaumière, 10 km from the airport and Cayenne, 2 km from a shopping center with many shops (bakery, banks, organic grocery store, supermarket, bookstore, restaurants and cinemas...), the Comou villa will be suitable for both a business trip and a tourist discovery. The space Nestled in a quiet, pleasant and green environment, the 46 m2 villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned (bedroom and living room). Mosquito nets installed on the windows will allow you to choose to enjoy the many openings. After a work session or to fully enjoy your vacation, you can relax in the hammock installed on the large terrace or on one of the sun loungers... A barbecue is also available to guests. Guest access The villa is located on a larger, fully fenced property. You can easily park in the private driveway of the villa. A remote control will be given to you for the electric gate. Other things to note The accommodation is ideal for a couple or a single person, the only bathroom with toilet being adjacent to the bedroom. The extra bed may be able to accommodate a couple with a child or a young teenager, for whom this configuration might be less inconvenient.
