Direct access to hiking and via ferrata trails, with a ski slope in front of the house and access to large regions: - 30 minutes Alleghe - 40min San Marino di Castroza The house can accomodate 12 people, has equipped kitchen,3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, sauna, cold water tub, bicycle and ski room,2 parking spaces. Playground across the street. The space A beautiful local house made of wood and stone, bought from Italians in a tiny mountain village with a ski lift. You can immediately feel this is a house with soul, finished by the first owners in a thoughtful and practical way, in a local old-venetian style and with many charming details. On the ground floor: a large kitchen with a dining room and a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa. Right next to it there is a cozy corner made od wood for a meal or a game. There is a toilet with a shower near the staircase. On the 1st floor: 2 larger rooms, from 1 there is access to a spacious terrace with view of the mountains. From the 2nd bedroom there is access to the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for a family with children). There is also a tiny bedroom with a single bed and a cupboard. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. On the 2nd floor: 3 small rooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet with a bidet and a sink. All bedrooms have cupboards and windows. From one upper bedroom there is a passage to a small children's corner. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave and coffee machine. Two spacious terraces. Sofas and an additional table on the terrace for outdoor relaxation. We have a few toys and travel cots for babies. You can park 2 cars freely in front of the property by the road, and on the other side of the road there is a large free parking lot, next to which there is a children's playground and a ski slope. At the house, take trail no. 733 to Col di Luna, 1,747 m above sea level, then access to the Rifugio Scarpa or Rifugio Cavaliera shelter and the possibility of reaching the peak of Monte Agner 2,872 m above sea level, which can be reached via via ferrata.
