In the heart of the Bourbon mountains, 25 minutes from Vichy, this superb house opens its doors for your family vacation. Ideally located to discover the region, you will appreciate the proximity to shops and outdoor activities. The space This old sabotier has just been renovated, facing its 40 m² terrace perched at the back of the house. You will be at the right height to observe the squirrels living just opposite during your long summer evenings... Its garden just below, a green setting, nestled on the mountainside between fir trees and old stones offers you calm, away from prying eyes. Children are safe there and can enjoy a whole playground set up just for them. No direct access to the lake but for the most adventurous, private access to the river flowing a little lower... Ideal for cooling off in summer, in the shade of the trees. Please note that the house is not at all suitable for festive events. The ground floor will charm the most demanding with its 70 m² living room overlooking the terrace. The most playful can try ping pong, outside of meals, it's better! The entrance, a cellar, toilet and bathroom complete this level. Upstairs you will find a master suite, with its large dressing room overlooking the bathroom (bathtub & shower), but also two other double bedrooms, one with a double bed on the mezzanine and an extra single bed. The landing serving the bedrooms, toilet and bathroom also has a single bed. (Sheets are provided upon request) You can park your vehicles with peace of mind in the double garage in the basement, with indoor access to the house. Minimum duration of 7 days
