You will have entire unit for yourself. Common area and elevators are shared amongst other residents in the building. Other things to note First we must remind you that strict house rules must be followed: 1. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING of ANY SUBSTANCE and NO PARTY inside the unit. Penalty $1000-$5000 will be charged on the spot and will ask you to leave immediately. 2. No shoes to be worn inside the unit. 3. Excessive mess upon check out will be charged $100-$250 by the cleaning team. 4. Declare the right number of occupants. This is for safety of everyone! 5. Keep the noise down all time and NO NOISE shall allow between 10pm - 7am. Kindly respect the neighbour as this is a residential area. 6. Guests are not allowed to use amenities according to the building management rules. 7. Check out time is 11AM. Late check out ONLY by prior request and subject to availability. Failure to comply will incur additional charge of $25 for each 30 mins from cleaning team. For our guests that are staying 7 days or more: - Supplies are limited on what is available in the unit. You need to re-stock your own supplies if it runs out (toilet rolls, soap, detergent, etc). - You will NOT be able to receive any package nor have access to mailbox. Contact your host if you NEED anything shipped/delivered. Only your host is able to accommodate the delivery. We are NOT responsible for any missing items/returned items. ONLY food or grocery delivery is allowed, please let the delivery person know the buzzer code and they can deliver it to your unit. - Some facilities like AC, Water, Electricity, Elevators are managed by the condo board and it is POSSIBLE that they have to shut it off for couple hours/entire day for repair, maintenance or emergency purpose. We kindly hope you are aware that this is outside our control and no refund/reimbursement will be offered. -t is expected that there will be regular maintenance such as Fire Alarm test, Fan Coil, water shut down, kitchen stack cleaning during your stay. Please kindly allow the maintenance crew to enter the unit and conduct necessary maintenance as per request. Notice will be given OR in case of Emergency (for example water leak), they will enter the suite immediately regardless you are home or not. We will try to pass on the notice when we receive the precise timing. But it is not guaranteed due to the sudden and changing nature of these maintenance.
