Located in the Bastide district and close to all amenities, the location of this apartment on the ground floor of a city center building will be ideal for your "Chill and Work" stays in our beautiful city! The space LIVING ROOM: A large living room open to the kitchen and workspace with a 1-seat sofa bed, a flat screen, coffee table. A dining table to enjoy your best dishes as well as four chairs. For music lovers, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal and of course high-speed internet with wifi. KITCHEN: An American kitchen, equipped, ceramic stovetop, fridge, microwave, built-in oven, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle (tea and coffee available). A 7 kg washing machine is at your disposal as well as a 10-place dishwasher. BATHROOM: A bathroom with an Italian-style shower, a heated towel rail, vanity unit and mirror, toilet. I provide a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. Also a toothbrush with toothpaste BEDROOM: One bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, 18 cm thick comfort mattress, with bed linen and duvet. You will also find a dresser and a rack for your clothes. Workspace: Open space in the living room dedicated to your professional activities, desk and stool. I provide an ironing board and of course an iron. Neighborhood Highlights Location: 2 steps from the cathedral, 3 from Place Lafayette and Allées Gourmandes, 10 min from the bus station. The neighborhood: You can of course find nearby all types of shops (tobacco, newspapers, bakery, supermarket etc...) Foodies will appreciate coming to Villeneuve-Sur-Lot, you will have access to markets throughout the week: - On Tuesday morning, all year round it is the big market that takes place at Place de la Libération (food) and Boulevard Palissy (textiles). - On Wednesday mornings, Place d'Aquitaine hosts an exclusively organic market. - On Saturday mornings there is another large traditional market at Place Lafayette (fruits & vegetables) and Parvis de l'église St-Catherine (food & textiles). - And in summer, it's the night gourmet market that brightens up the central Lafayette Square on Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. - From Tuesday to Sunday, you will find fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and delicatessen products and other delicacies at the very pretty Allées Gourmandes. 8 min drive from the village of Pujols, 25 min from the village of Monflanquin, labeled among "the most beautiful villages in France", where hiking enthusiasts can take long walks.
