The space Settled in the middle of a 1 acre bush block, In the Sonder is the perfect place to escape busy life & enjoy the serenity of nature. On clear days you will find a stunning view of Wilson’s Promontory & surrounding hills, which you can enjoy from the outdoor fire place or snuggled up in bed. The Tiny comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, kettle, tea & coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper, as well as fire starters & blankets to cosy up in by the fire. Guest access Easily accessible in any vehicle (please note: there is about 2 km of gravel road just before you reach the tiny) The property starts at the gate, but you may drive all the way up to the tiny & park in the car spots next to the tiny house. Other things to note In the Sonder is a passive inspired Tiny Haus which means a filtration fan filters the air throughout the tiny. The tiny is partially off grid, so we ask that you are mindful of water and electricity use. KEY THINGS TO NOTE: - we use a composting toilet. (Detailed instructions on how to use both in the manual and in the tiny) - there are NO blinds throughout the house, situated on a 1acre bush block there is plenty of privacy, this is the perfect opportunity to watch the sunrise & sunset. - please be mindful of water use as we use tank water Please: No smoking inside. Pets are not permitted as we have neighbouring donkeys & are situated on an active wildlife corridor We are located 7kms from Foster where you can find supermarkets, cafes, quaint shops & bistro.
