Stay in a new, comfortable and clean house. Equipped and ergonomic kitchen. Large bathroom. I live on site in a room separated from the house by a patio. Parking on the property or in front of the house on the street. Possibility to borrow bikes. Bicycle path 100 meters away. Enjoy the garden and its birds in a quiet environment. The space You rent one or more rooms, but appointments with your friends at my place are not allowed. If you damage or break something please report it. Theft will be severely punished. Please respect the premises, objects and garden. Guest access You have access to the bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen. I live on site. Shared spaces are not storage areas. Cupboards are available in the bedrooms. During your stay I can be reached by phone, text and email and via the platform.
