Private Guest House with its own garden

The Guest house is very private with sundeck and its own garden and parking. The 50 square metres has two beds; one 160 cm and 80 cm bedchair. SMART TV and wifi is included. Smoking is OK on sundeck and in the garden but not indoors. 300 meter to kiosk/pizzeria, 1000 meter to Medley swim hall, Coop, ICA, padel court and train station (8 min to Lund C, 16 min to Lomma Beach, 25 min to Malmö C, 25 min to Helsingborg C and 70 min to Copenhagen). The space The space where the double bed is placed can be totally darkened at night. The space where the 80 cm sofachair is placed can not be darkened, due to daylight. Sheets, blankets and pillows are available for 3 persons. Also towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper. The kitchen is very small but has necessary utilities: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwawe oven, frying pan, casserol and kitchen tools. Plates, glasses and cutlery for 6 persons. No dish washer but tools to wash dishes by hand are provided. To get fresh air at night push the button marked Fresh air, next to the 140 cm bed. In the basement you can use washing machine, midsize table tennis table, board games, vacuum cleaner and ironing board plus iron. In the bath room there is a fan that can make noise when someone just showered/taken a bath. It will stop and the sound is not high in the sleeping area. The heating pump for the house can make noise in the Guest House sleeping area from time to time. Usage of Air Condition is not included but air flow can be accomplished by opening glass doors in many directions. AC can be included for 300 SEK extra per day. A robitic grass cutter is placed on the grass once a week. Chromecast is available and it is called Huvudsovrum.
