Private room in St Mary's: Women only

Listing is for 1 private bedroom, with access to SHARED common areas (kitchen, bathroom & living room) Guests will have access to 1 bedrooms, with 1 QUEEN bed (sleeps 2 ), built in wardrobes; bedside table and floor lamp. The kitchen is equipped with: - fridge - there will be cold water bottles for your first night stay. -dishwasher -stove -pots and pans The space Decorated in a minimalistic decor; the living room has a dedicated work space (desk); TV. A combined kitchen and dining room allows convenient cooking and enjoying your meals in the same area. We also have a TV in the dining area so you can catch up on your favourite shows while you dine. Dubbed the Funny Farm- we are located on a quiet street and accessible to local amenities, with public transports to neighbouring suburbs. We have a cafe, post office, corner store, Ronnie's Pizza, Just Baked bakery (famous for their crispy pork roll). Neighbouring to St Clair shopping centre (home to St Clair bakery-sister to Top Ryde Bakery for their pork rolls) & other local amenities. Bus stops down the street and across the road for those who need public transport. - 6 minutes walk to bus stop for buses heading to Kemps Creek - There is also St Marys Diggers, Plus Fitness, Laundromat in case you need a dryer, Hungry Jacks, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway within walking distance. - 25 minutes direct bus ride to Amazon Fulfillment Centre - St Mary's Ripples , Woolworths, Aldi is also walking distance, 5 minutes drive. Guest access Guests will have access to room, via main entrance access , shared bathroom and kitchen. At the end of the driveway through the large side gate will be owner's home office which will be locked when not in use. Owner's private residence - granny flat at the back of property is also private. Guests also have access to laundry room just on the decking area through the kitchen & second toilet. As we get plenty of sun during the day, we have a number of portable racks, and hills hoist to dry your clothes in the sun filled yard. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor dining area/white gazebo area for dining and relaxing; however please keep in mind: Please keep the common areas clean after use ie. kitchen and bathroom. We do have a bell BBQ which guests are welcome to use but please only use in open space. During your stay We (my partner and I) actually reside at the rear of the resident in our granny flat so if you need anything, shoot me a message and I'll be right there. Even though keycode and check in instructions will be sent to you on day of check in, we will meet you in person to show you around and answer your questions, introduce you to current housemates (other Airbnb guests). We both work from home but we'll be in our offices most of the time so we wont be in your way; but just message me if you need anything. Other things to note We have resident felines, canines, hens, geese and goslings, who will mostly be with me in my office or just at the back of the property. Our hens and geese roam the backyard so please be gentle. We have kittens who like to follow me around so if I'm in the yard, you will spot glimpses of them around. Our senior cat hangs out at the front of the house as she does not like Mr Lucky so if she approaches you you're welcome to pat/play with her. Our dog, Lucky is a very friendly Pomeranian and loves people. Our cats are more cautious of strangers so will just watch you from far away.
