Relaxing cottage in Crays Pond

Situated within easy reach of Pangbourne and Goring on Thames Each have railway links into Reading, London and Oxford. There are many walks and cycle rides to explore but if you want to travel further afield, a car is a necessity, 2.4 miles to Goring, 2.7 miles to Pangbourne. Being nestled between Pangbourne and Goring you can take your pick to visit the shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs not to mention a walk along the river, Thames Path or the Ridgeway. The space Our little house is a one bedroom annexe situated at the top of our garden. There is space for one car. The entrance is a little tight so I would recommend reversing in off the road. There is a lay-by opposite our house if you’d prefer to leave the car there. The gates lead onto a bridle track where you can explore many walks. The courtyard is small with a lovely sun trap and has a bistro table and two chairs. On entering the property through the French doors, you will walk into a spacious living room and fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and a breakfast bar. From the living room there’s a bedroom with a kingsize bed leading to an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. All rooms have underfloor heating. The accommodation is on one level. The upstairs mezzanine is private, only for owners use. Guest access Guests have use of the downstairs only. The annexe is completely seperate from main house, with its own driveway. There is a keybox for entry.
