Entire modern countryside 3 bedroom family home, located in the heart of Wellow, one of Britain’s most beautiful and sought after villages and only a 15 minute drive from the historic city of Bath. The space 3 bedroom home, located in the heart of Wellow, a small village just outside Bath, with its friendly pub, village shop and kids playground. The bungalow is a family home with three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, large living space, outside dining area and child friendly garden. There are numerous countryside walks on your doorstep which can be finished off with a drink in the Fox and Badger, a traditional village pub just 5 minutes walk up the road. The single storey and open plan living style makes it ideal for for couples or families alike. The kitchen diner has double doors that open onto the garden with an outdoor dining table, chairs and parasol. There is also a bbq and fire pit for enjoying warm summer evenings outside. The kitchen is equipped with an Smeg range cooker with induction hob, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Just off the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and DrySoon Heated Airer. The living room is spacious and has a lovely log burner. There are also games, jigsaws and toys in cupboards to be enjoyed. Sky TV is also available in both the living room and master bedroom. There are 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a generous king size bed, television and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a comfy double bed and the third bedroom has a child’s mid sleeper bed. We also have a blow up single mattress that can be added to any bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The house has fast Wi-Fi throughout and we provide kitchen and bathroom essentials: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, shower gel, hand wash and toilet roll. Outside there is parking for two cars on the drive and more parking on the road outside the house if needed. The garden wraps around the bungalow and there is a kids trampoline, swing and slide. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except one room that is locked. There is a carbon monoxide detector in the living room and smoke detectors throughout the house. Normal check in is after 2pm and check out is before 11am. There is a minimum 3 night stay at this property. Other things to note: Odd Down Park & Ride - this is a 5 minute drive from Wellow and the bus will take you into the centre of Bath in 15/20 minutes. Wellow Riders Rest Cafe & Trattoria - lovely cafe 10 minutes walk from the house selling tea/coffee and delicious cakes, breakfasts and more. Little Blue Pizza Van - Wednesday evening (outside the pub) Fox & Badger Pub - Friday night takeaway. Burgers + fish & chips. Collection between 5.30-6.45pm.
