Stunning lake view, water access, Master Bedroom Suite (sleeps 2) w/private entrance, walk in shower, large closet w/mini fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, 2 kayaks (extra charge), shared common front stone patio area w/ comfy Adirondack chairs that over look the lake, TV, Wi- Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space on a 7 mile peninsula, biking & walking. Directly across Lake Champlain from Burlington, VT (ferry 10 miles away) & Lake Placid 50 miles. The space Studio, Motel-Like Suite. Water views, room located on the south side of the house, has its own private and secure entrance and dedicated parking. Master Bedroom is 16'x13' Master Bedroom Bathroom is 8'x9' Master Bedroom Closet is 6'x5' (has a mini fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave) No kitchen, there is a diner in town along with great restaurants within a .2 mile to 15 mile radius. I supply disposable coffee cups with lids, stirrers, organic sugar, Keurig coffee pods (decaf and regular), 2 bottles of water. If you bring breakfast cereal and milk or sandwich meat and bread for lunch, please bring your own paper plates and utensils. There are paper towels in the room. I supply all bedding and towels and wash clothes. There is enough room in the driveway to park a boat and trailer should you be coming for a fishing trip. If you choose to use the water access lot to swim or kayak, please bring a pair of water shoes to protect the bottom of your feet as there are small stones on the beach and in the water. Guest access Guests have their own private exterior entrance to access their lake view suite. There are 4 exterior stairs to get into the suite. Access to comfy Adirondack cushioned chairs that are on the front stone patio common space, stunning lake views. Access to the lake for swimming, kayaks are available for an additional charge, swimming access is .1 mile down the road. Code will be given upon arrival to get into your suite. During your stay Guests will be given owners cell phone should they have questions or need assistance with restaurants or activities to do in the area. Owner greets guests when they check in. There is a thorough welcome book that outlines local things to do and places to eat.
