The condo is very quiet, it is full of breeze and you can feel like home with all the amenities you need. All the rooms has air-conditioned. Fully furnished with Brand New furniture, with a 2 Private Bathrooms, Table, Chairs, washer, Sofa, LCD TV and a Wardrobe. Understanding your feeling when being in a new place, I set up a kitchen with fully essentials such as an electric induction cooker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, pot, pan and tablewares are provided.  Internet WIFI is provided - ideal for Internet Calls and Web Surfing. The place and its surroundings in this building are safe, there is a security guide team to protect 24/7 Access to the building is via magnetic card & key and there is a lift in the building. Guest access 📍LIMITED ACCESS TO POOL & GYM ACCESS: The building new policy only allows long term guests whose reservation from 90 days minimum to access the pool & gym. Less than 90 days reservation, guests won’t have access to our amenities floor. Please take note before confirm your booking. Other things to note ✅ Kindly present your passport with a valid entry visa for the check-in procedure. ⭕️ According to the law, all tenants are required to present a passport photo for the landlord to register their temporary residence with the local police. 💯 Refusal to present a passport by the tenant means that the landlord has the right to refuse to accept the guest to stay in the apartment and not refund the full amount paid for the stay. 🚭Smoking is not allowed in all areas in the flat, elevator, lobby, pool & gym in the building. 👉🏻The smoking penalty & odour removal will be $100 per case. 🚫Please do not get non registered guests in the room without prior notice to host. The penalty fee will be applied $100 per case. 🚫Parties or Events are not allowed. 🚫Do not bring firearms, explosives, toxic substances, addictive substances, pets or food with bad smell into the house. 🚫Do not have any inhibited drugs (including balloon), do not organize gambling and other social events at our place. 🚫Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. Guest with being liable to indemnify the host at current prices for any losses or damages caused. 🚫No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. ✅ We have Free house keeping/maid cleaning service for bookings from 7 days stay. For shorter bookings (1-6 days) if you require maid cleaning there will be additional charges applied: $15 for maid cleaning $5 for new towels exchanged (standard 2 towels per guest) ✅Prior to leaving the apartment, please kindly announce 15 minutes, pay all bills and return cards to the mailbox. ✅Please keep hygienic, put garbage in the right place in the garbage room (follow the instruction in the room to get there). Leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use. ✅Security card is required to enter the elavator, swimming pool & gym. Please carry your cards with you at all times to be proactive in accessing and using facilities. ✅LOSS & FEES: Additional fee applied for loss items/damaged - $20 for each lost card - $10 for each towel - $100 for each stained bedsheet/duvet/mattress - $10 for each pillow case ⚜️CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME: Please respect our check-in & check-out time range. ⏰Check-in time: is after 2PM pm. Early check-in is not guaranteed, is subject to apartment availability, and must be advised upon arrival. ⏰Check-out time: is by 12:00 noon at the latest. Late check out will affect guests arriving later, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee it and will charge a fee Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish a late check-out. ✅The receptionist and security guard are employees of the building, not ours. They do not keep elevator passes or luggage. If you have any questions, please message us before asking the receptionist. ✅Turn off electrical equipment and switches before leaving the house. 🧳 Luggage Storage If your flight arrives earlier than check-in time, you can drop off luggage around 12PM. If your flight departures time later than check-out time, we can arrange to keep your luggages until 2:00PM same day by advance notice. ✅Please let us know in advance so we can make necessary arrangements
