Welcome to our new 65 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a large house. Ideal accommodation for 2 people (4 possible with the sofa bed in the living room). NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Large 180 cm bed (firm support) overlooking the garden side with beds made. The bathroom with Italian shower and the washing toilet (Japanese). Sheets, towels, gloves are available. Fully equipped kitchen that overlooks an outdoor patio of 20 m2 where you can have a visit from our cats. See my info for cleaning. The space Entry through a common AIRLOCK to 2 other rentals, an occupied apartment upstairs and an administrative office on the same level. You are a short walk from the city center and the Parc de la Marquise (50 meters). You can enjoy the village to the fullest. The place has all the amenities every day... (well, I hope I've thought of everything) The kitchen is fully equipped with island and 4 stools for your lunches. - You might be embarrassed, especially those who sleep in the living room which is in direct proximity to the collective entrance. Your door is not thick so you can hear the passages of the airlock. - The outdoor courtyard is completely closed and the fence door locked! There are also steps and a low wall in the courtyard. - A manual blind is installed as the sun overlooks the terrace. Remember to bring it in, the winds are strong sometimes. - We leave you a small barbecue-fire pit (during the winter, you have to ask us)... please install it on the protective mat provided before use. And to respect the basic safety rules: do not light it under the blind, unattended or in case of strong winds... Finally, for the cleaning, I specify that before each check-in the following is done: - Toilet, sink and shower cleaned and disinfected. - kitchen surfaces cleaned and disinfected. - vacuuming and washing of all floors - sheets changed and beds made or 3 hours at each change where only a participation of 1 hour is requested (30 euros) Even if we try to get closer to a hotel service because the house remains very clean, there may be minor defects. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Self check-in with external key box. Other things to note Accommodation that stays cool in summer (the walls are thick). No shutters in the room, but there is a large curtain that covers the light from the windows well. Although the accommodation is on one level, there is a step in the common entrance as well as to go to the back terrace. TV access with Amazon Prime and Canal+ Mosquito net (and cat-proof screen) installed on the kitchen and bedroom window. Please do not leave the exterior blind open in case of rain or wind. Please pack it up upon checkout.
