Relax in comfort in our newly renovated, 3BR, 1BA home on 2-acres surrounded by nature! This private retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Relax and soak in the covered hot tub, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, stay connected with high-speed internet, watch movies or unplug and play board games! Explore local attractions just a short drive away, including parks, dining, and shopping. Experience Southern hospitality at its finest in our charming Covington oasis! The space For the health and safety of all our guests, the home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. The entire home has been renovated and has all new furnishings and new stainless-steel appliances. The living room has a comfortable sofa, loveseat, ottoman and recliner, an electric fireplace and a 50" Roku TV with remote. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. The perfect place for relaxing, reading and watching movies! Board games, card games and playing cards are located inside the TV stand. Lamps have USB chargers on them. The dining room offers a large dining table with seating for 6 people. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, bedside tables, lamps w/USB chargers and 2 luggage racks. The vacuum and cornhole set and hot tub towels are located in the King bedroom closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps w/USB chargers, and 2 luggage racks. Bedroom 3 has a Full-size bed, bedside tables, lamps w/USB chargers, and 2 luggage racks. The bathroom has a tub/shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The vanity has one sink. Hairdryer provided for guest use. First Aid kit located in the bathroom vanity drawer. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils silverware, dishes, glasses and more. There is a Keurig coffee maker, a French Press, & electric hot water kettle. Regular/decaf coffee pods, tea, creamer & sweeteners/sugar provided. A variety of spices, salt/pepper, oil/red wine vinegar provided. There is a bar set and a wall opening with bar/countertop and stools looking into the dining area. There's a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. The hot tub is covered for protection from the elements. The hot tub towels are located in the King bedroom closet. We are dog friendly and allow 1 dog per reservation. There is a pet fee. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more information. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. There is room for multiple vehicles in the driveway for parking. Check-in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check-out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure. Other things to note This home has one exterior security camera at the front door facing the driveway and one exterior camera on the back of the house pointing toward the shed. Both cameras will be on during your stay. There are no cameras inside the home. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our home. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the home.
