This beautiful 62 m² apartment is located in the heart of the Intra-Muros ramparts, in a typical old town building. It is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people with two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room and a separate kitchen. Beaches, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Cleaning fees are included in the price and cover all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). The shops and the beach are just a few minutes away. - You will enjoy comfortable and quality bedding as well as a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, tableware, kitchen utensils, groceries... Other features to consider: - The accommodation does not have private parking. Paid parking is available on the street, and there are paid parkings at the entrance to the city. - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs and by lift: please note that the lift is very narrow and can only accommodate 2 people (without suitcases). - A set of keys will be at your disposal. Accommodation: Ideally located within the ramparts of Saint-Malo, this apartment allows you to fully enjoy the charm of the pirate city, just a stone's throw from the sea and amenities. Once you've parked your car, everything is within walking distance! The accommodation includes: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), comfortable bedding. - Bedroom 2: two single beds, perfect for children or friends. - Living room: bright and pleasant, with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television, dining table for 4 people and a work area. - Separate kitchen: fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils and basic groceries. - Bathroom: bath/shower, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer. - Toilet: separate. - Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, lift (narrow, 2 people without suitcases), sets of keys, vanity kits provided. The list of amenities in this listing is up to date: please feel free to review it. The beds will be made upon your arrival. No need to overload your luggage, you will also find on site: - one large towel and one small towel per person, one bath mat per bathroom, two tea towels. - basic consumables (three rolls of toilet paper, initial bin bags, basic groceries, washing-up liquid and sponge, dishwasher tablets for the first few days, cleaning products). Guest access You will be able to check in independently using a set of keys provided upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note IMPORTANT: On the day of your arrival, you will be able to collect the keys of the accommodation until 10pm at the latest ! On the day of your departure, you will be able to drop them off only from 7am ! ⚠️ Restoration work on the building's roof will take place from mid-September until mid-December. Scaffolding will therefore be present around the building. Other information to know: - In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation at your initiative, we apply the refund rules agreed at the time of booking. You should take out additional cancellation insurance if you wish to benefit from more favorable conditions. We offer additional services to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. - Extra cleaning and laundry so that you don't have to worry about these tasks during your stay, - Early arrivals and late departures (where possible) so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest, - Baby facilities available for those traveling with their families (subject to availability).
