We appreciate you taking care of our space and being part of our journey. ❤️ Guest access Welcome instructions will be sent through the Airbnb platform 24 hours before check-in, including your keypad entry code and step-by-step instructions to retrieve your keyless entry cards. We also provide a detailed step-by-step video guide for the check-in process, along with a visual welcome presentation that includes important information to help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all living and sleeping areas, your private ocean-view terrace, and bar area ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Other things to note Questa Sol Villas is fully equipped to help keep guests comfortable even during occasional utility interruptions on the island. OUR BUILDING INCLUDES: - 1,000 gallons of backup water reserve system -Solar-powered hot water system. -Automatic backup generator that powers the property during power outages. PARKING: -One designated parking space is reserved for your villa. -Parking is street parking, located directly in front of or alongside the building. -Additional free street parking is also available in front of and around the property. SAFETY & SECURITY: -24-hour exterior surveillance -Controlled access to enhance your privacy and peace of mind. GETTING AROUND: Uber isn’t very common on the island, especially in the Aguadilla area, and public transportation is limited. For the best experience, we highly recommend renting a car so you can easily explore the beaches, restaurants, and all the beautiful spots Puerto Rico has to offer. STARTER ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: Bathroom: -Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, two towels per guest, (2-4) rolls of toilet paper, hair dryer. Kitchen: -Fully equipped with all cooking essentials, including an air fryer, blender, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. One dish sponge and one bottle of dish soap provided. Beach Essentials: -One beach towel per guest -One beach chair per guest with umbrella -One cooler per villa -Snorkeling gear -Beach umbrella -Gallons of fresh water to rinse off after the beach Other Essentials: Curling board and clothes iron provided for your convenience. HOUSE RULES Check-In: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM NO SMOKING: Strictly prohibited indoors or on the premises. A $500 fee will apply for violations. QUIET HOURS: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or loud activities during these times. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21+ to book. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 guests at all times. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation or removal from the property. EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in is subject to availability. The earliest check-in time we can offer, if available, is 1:00 PM. If you request an early check-in, we will be able to confirm availability on the day of your check-in. LATE CHECKOUT: We offer the option to extend your checkout until 5:00 PM for an additional fee of $60.00. Late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled checkout date and are subject to availability. Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours prior to checkout. BEACH ACCESS: The Aguadilla oceanfront boardwalk is located directly in front of our property. Please note that there is no direct beach access from the villa. If you wish to enjoy a sandy beach, you can take a beautiful 5-minute walk along the boardwalk to Rompe Olas Beach, a perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the ocean. ADDITIONAL PROPERTY NOTES: -Please note the villa is located on the second floor, and stair access is required. There is no elevator on the property. -As with many tropical destinations, occasional power or water service interruptions may occur island-wide. However, the property is equipped with a backup generator, water cistern system, and solar water heater to help ensure guest comfort during your stay. -For safety reasons, no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property. -To help avoid insects entering the villa, we kindly ask guests to keep terrace and balcony doors closed when not in use, particularly during evenings and after rain.
