The place is host's private property and the host does not live there. Completely safe and secure. The space • The place is located in a very accessible and peaceful area. The main Karakoram highway (KKH) is a 100 metres from the property. 5 minutes drive to the motorway, 5 minutes drive to the main bazaar, 8 minutes drive to the Galliyat road (nathiagali etc.) • On the KKH (1 minute away), there are restaurants, grocery stores, medical stores, entertainment (snooker clubs etc) and all other daily need services. • The main market (for shopping etc) is 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the property. • Daewoo terminal and other bus terminals (fawara chowk adda) are at a 3 minutes drive or 8 minutes walk. • 2 floor building. The host uses the ground floor as workplace, but visits very seldom, during the daytime (2-3 days a week for 1-2 hours). Host doesn't live at the property. • There is a kitchen, 2 additional washrooms (4 total) and a dining table (8 persons) on the ground floor that the guests may use. • There are balconies on both sides, plus a spacious rooftop, accessible exclusively to the guests. • The roof gives mesmerising views all around, and a BBQ corner, along with the utensils, will be available to the guests. • There will be a helper on the property from 12 noon till 5 pm. Available to the guests for little chores and cleaning. • A wifi with 20MBps speed is available on the property. • Clean and fresh bed linen, towels, and toilet accessories will be provided. • There's an empty plot outside the property for parking (not gated/guarded). • Paid guarded parking also available right next to the property. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to the whole property during the night. • It includes the bedrooms and lounge, 4 washrooms, a kitchen, a dining table (8 persons), 2 balconies, vast rooftop, small car porch . • The spaces may be shared with other guests if you only book one room. • Host may ask to access the roof sometimes, to ensure water availability. • Host will require your ID and car number, for security. • The property is open to all kind of guests including but not limited to, solo travellers, families, bachelor groups, couples, trip planners etc. Other things to note • If you require a single room or 2 rooms only, they shall be available on a fraction of the cost. • For guests who book only one room, the spaces such as kitchen, dining table, and roof may be shared with other guests occasionally. • Breakfast and BBQ (dinner) may be available for extra charges, only with prior notice. The menu and charges will be shared during correspondence. • There can be power outages, especially during summer, but the weather is pleasant. • Power backup may not always be available. • Laundry service will be for additional costs, for longer stays.
