The ski winter has begun! There is already a lot of snow in the mountains, and all ski resorts in the vicinity are in full operation. Welcome to our place: 180 m² of living space and 600 m² of private garden on a sun terrace 300 m above the Swiss Rhine Valley - almost always fog-free - in probably the most beautiful village in Liechtenstein. An oasis of calm to spend your winter vacation with friends or the whole family. And yet just a stone's throw from many Swiss and Austrian ski resorts! The space You will spend your time in an extremely spacious garden apartment (180 m²) with three bedrooms, a large, light-filled living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, anteroom, and laundry room. A large garden (600 m²) with covered seating, open fireplace, barbecue area and large sunbathing areas is at your private disposal. The apartment is located in a two-story house on the southwestern edge of the small mountain community of Planken at the end of a cul-de-sac absolutely quiet in the middle of the countryside. You have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and down into the valley of the Swiss Alpine Rhine. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a wide, illuminated exterior staircase over a few steps down and is separated from the rest of the house. The apartment and garden are at your disposal. Welcome to paradise: Ski Pizol/CH (55 km of slopes, up to 2200 m, 25 minutes by car, day pass CHF 67.00); Ski Malbun/FL (23 km of slopes, up to 1800 m, 30 min, CHF 52.00); Ski Montafon/A (Golm/Hochjoch, 45 min, from EUR 70.00); Ski Arlberg (more than 300 km of slopes, up to 2600 m, 55 min, EUR 78.00); Ski Davos/Klosters, CH (253 km of slopes, up to 2844 m, 50 min, CHF 84.00) etc. Or cross-country skiing? We certainly have 20 peaks and 50 variations within 30 minutes by car for you! And in summer? Hiking and mountaineering? It starts right from the house. Mountain biking, too; and the bike paradise of Grisons begins after 20 minutes by car. Wellness? The Swiss Wellness Center Bad Ragaz is only 20 minutes away by car.
