I am a small 21 m² studio in the city center of Banyuls sur mer, a few steps from the sea and all shops. Warm and cocooning. I have a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, small appliances, all electric. There is also a washing machine, fridge and TV. For sleeping, I have a brand new sofa bed with two mattresses. My bathroom is small but cozy. It has a shower (refurbished), sink and toilet. The space The studio has two rooms. The main room includes the kitchen, dining room, living room/bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It of course has all the equipment for cooking. As well as the basics: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is also tea and coffee available in the accommodation. A table for two is available for meals. The bench is convertible into a double bed. There is a TV and Wi-Fi available. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There's also a hairdryer at your disposal. Towels and sheets are available in the accommodation. Banyuls guides are at your disposal. Guest access By car: Please note that all parking in Banyuls is free. If you park in the market parking lot, you will have to move your car on Wednesday night and Saturday night because Thursday and Sunday are market days. By train, the studio is 5 minutes from the train station. Other things to note Important Information: There is a small air conditioner in the accommodation. You can use it during the day and turn it off around 9 PM or before your departure if you leave in the evening. It makes a little noise, and since the building is not insulated, the neighbors hear it and it disturbs their sleep. The same applies for the washing machine. Don't run it in the evening.
