Cozy studio with a private bathroom, shared kitchen and living room in a beautiful home located right off the bustling Grand Ave in South San Francisco. This room is located DOWNSTAIRS of the house. Quiet, and safe neighborhood. We are 15 mins away from SFO airport and 10 mins away from Tanforan Mall. Busy Grand Ave is just few blocks away with restaurants and supermarkets available within walking distance. In any case, potential noise from upstairs foot steps to set guest's expectations. Guest access Guests will only have access to their own studio room, their own bathroom, and the kitchen and dining area on the upper floor. Please do not access the other rooms in the house as they are being rented by other guests as well. Other things to note PARKING There is plenty of free residential parking around the house but it does get filled up quickly during the evenings. Please keep in mind of street cleaning signs. CHECKING OUT/ CLEANING Check out time is at 10AM. When checking out, please put the key back on the table, leaving the door closed. Double check for all your belongings. Please notify me when you have left. To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises. For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require background check process for a small fee. Alternatively, we accept employment letters or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150/month for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval maximum one pet only. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will also be applied for long-term stays. Parking is $10/night or $150/month - approval depends on availability. Pet-Friendly Stay – No Extra Fee! We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines: 1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding. 2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces. 3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval. 4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
