The space House Manual Internet The apartment has Wi-Fi internet connection available free of charge. The apartment has free wireless internet. Network name / Username: xxxx Password / Password: xxx Toilet/Bathroom Toilet roll and other items SHOULD NOT be flushed down the toilet as this will block the toilet up. Please place these items in the plastic bin provided. Toilet paper or other objects SHOULD not be thrown into the toilet due to bathroom blocking. Please throw these objects at the caneca. Security / Seguridad Every time that you leave the apartment please make sure that all the windows are shut, the front door is locked, any taps are closed and the lights are turned off. Please, whenever you leave the apartment, make sure that all the windows and water keys are closed and all the lights are off. Water/Agua Hot water is instant and on-demand as soon as you open the hot water taps. Hot water is on demand and comes out instantly as you open the hot water keys. Hot water is controlled by the natural gas or energy boiler; the boiler settings should not be changed. Towels & Bedlinen / Towels and Curtains Towels & bedlinen is provided and should only be used for its normal purpose as such any stains resulting from blood, shoe polish, make-up, etc will require a replacement to be made and guests will be charged. -Linen replacement costs for damage (incl. blood, shoe polish, make-up stains): bed linen 150,000 COP, pillow case 30,000 COP, towels 40,000 COP, duvet / blankets 200,000 COP. Cable Television/Television por Cable Cable television is available for free in the apartment & accessible when turning on the television with the remote. Please do not change the settings of the remote. The apartment includes cable TV service and can be accessed just by turning on the TV with the remote control.
