We are renting out our family home, built in the Anglo-Norman style, featuring a large, secluded terrace and a private, enclosed garden that enjoys sunshine all day long. The house is detached, not semi-detached, and surrounded by its garden. 400 m² plot. The house is situated in a leafy residential neighbourhood at the entrance to Trouville, just a few minutes’ walk from Deauville, the station and Trouville town centre. Situated on a tree-lined street in a completely peaceful setting, 2 km (approximately 20 minutes) on foot from Trouville beach, on level ground, following the Touques river along Trouville’s lively quays, lined with shops and restaurants. Easy parking in front of the house (free parking). The house has the old-world charm of early 20th-century homes, with its Anglo-Norman architecture, wooden floors and spacious rooms. It is a seaside country house, which we love for its authentic charm. Its atmosphere is both welcoming and unpretentious. The property: The house offers approximately 140 m², with 4 large bedrooms spread over 3 floors, including one on the ground floor, two on the first floor and a large bedroom in the converted attic. High ceilings. Sleeps up to 8–10 people (160 cm double beds in all bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed in the living room). New bedding in all bedrooms New bedding in all bedrooms. The house is well equipped: fitted kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, TV, Bouygues B-box, washing machine). Two toilets, one of which is on the ground floor. A spacious family bathroom with a bath (accessed via the master bedroom). A second bathroom with shower on the landing. For the garden: table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, swing seat, parasol, sun lounger. A true family home, you’ll be charmed by its large 40 m² living area with its open-plan kitchen, spacious dining areas (seating 12 indoors and outdoors), plenty of natural light (three-sided aspect) and its simple, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. You will have more than enough space for your luggage and personal effects. This is a quiet neighbourhood, so we would appreciate your respect for the peace and quiet. No large parties or noisy events are permitted out of respect for our neighbours. The house is suitable for families but not for very young children (stairs and no special baby equipment). For those with allergies: Our cat lives in the house with us when we are there. Waste sorting – There are 3 bins on site and a scheduled council collection, plus skips at the end of the street.
