Guest access The condo is located on the first floor but since parking is underneath the building, there is one flight of stairs. Guests will have access to one parking spot-B1. No boats, campers, trailers, golf carts, motorcycles or trucks over a 1/2 ton are permitted to park on the property. However, there is a very large free parking lot that can accommodate those types of vehicles, first come first serve, adjacent to the property.
