Arrayan was built on the edge of a step hill, providing the effect of being in the tree tops, as the clouds drift by at 8,600'. 2. Because the cabin deck is well above ground at about 10'-15' with stainless steel railing around, with a top height of 42" The cabin is not recommended for small children, because the deck is high above the ground below. 3. The fire pit has one 25 lb. propane tank provided for each rental up to one week or less, or up to four 25 lb. tanks for a monthly rental. Additional 25 lb. tanks can be provided at $30 each. The lighter to start the fire pit is in a drawer to the left of the sink. 4. If you need a washer and or dryer, our cabin manager can wash and or dry Landry for you for a fee. Weekly rentals include one visit washed & dried. Additional visits are $30 each. 5. Please keep in mind you are in a rain forest, we have provided an entrance area to hang rain jackets, shoes, etc. We ask that you remove both of these when you enter the cabin, to protect the wooden floors, and interior of the cabin. 6. While it can get chilly at night around 50, the day time temps are very pleasant in the middle to upper 60's with sometimes close to 70 degrees. The cabin usually stays 10-12 degrees warmer then the outside temperature, of course this depends if all the windows are closed before sundown. 7. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT RULES OF THIS AREA IS, NO TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET!!! ALL PAPER MUST BE PLACED IN THE SMALL GARBAGE CAN TO BE DISPOSED OF!!! 8. Don't sit on the deck railing. Guest access The cabin has full access! Other things to note The laundry room and tall cabinet next to the master vanity are locked to prevent entry.
